Warm July and Fruit Ripening Everywhere

At last the rain seems to have stopped.
The drenching wet of the past month has turned out
to be a bonus for gardeners. The fruit trees are
laden this year, raspberries ripen almost as you
look at them and cherries, never a heavy crop in
Dublin are dripping on the trees.

Jam making has taken off.
