Now that we can eat French food in Dublin and are no longer
obliged to travel in order to savour new dishes, it's worth

"Haughty Cuisine".

I love these little books! I've got the Spain, Malaysia, Morocco and Thailand - essential companions for every trip.

The Chester Beatty Library has a great restaurant, with many North African and Middle Eastern specialities. A must if you're in Dublin.
