Ground Almonds

Photography and The Irish Blog Awards have been a distraction from recipe writing recently. While baking away merrily at home, sharing ideas with the Web Readers has fallen down a long list of priorities.

Today it struck me that adding Ground Almonds to any cake or bread recipe makes the final result very moist, cutting down on using butter or oil. Almonds, after all, have plenty of oil built in.
