An Apple a Day

This has been a remarkable Autumn. Apples and pears are abundant, large and full of flavour. For the next month I'll be focusing on sharing recipes to use this harvest.

Anybody who has a juicer could consider using fresh apple juice as a replacement for milk in their favourite scone recipes. It makes a lighter dough.
